个人简介
叶金,男,讲师,东北林业大学生物学专业,主要研究方向是功能性纳米材料在生物、食品检测以及能源转换方向的应用。主要讲授课程:《食品化学》,近三年来以第一/共一作者,在Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、Advanced Science等本领域国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文10篇,其中一篇入选ESI高被引论文。目前主持的科研项目:鲁东大学科研启动经费,山东省自然科学基金青年项目,主持中央高校基本科研业务费一项(已结题)。
