个人简介
邵晨,博士,副教授,鲁东大学食品药品大健康研究院/食品工程学院教师。近期研究工作围绕“食品体系中微生物污染如何高效控制、杀菌/保鲜材料如何降低残留并可回收、果蔬采后品质如何延缓衰退、功能纳米材料如何面向食品与健康场景精准构筑”等问题展开。重点发展阳离子磁性纳米光敏剂、姜黄素基可回收光动力杀菌体系、纳他霉素纳米粒/壳聚糖保鲜涂层、纳米硒与凝胶包装材料等技术,服务液态食品安全、果蔬保鲜、活性物质递送和药食同源功能材料开发。
研究经历横跨化学生物学、功能纳米材料、生物医学工程与食品科学:早期聚焦有机/无机纳米材料、核酸功能化与光诊疗体系,近年进一步将可控纳米构筑、光动力失活、天然抑菌剂纳米化和可回收材料设计引入食品保鲜与加工安全场景。已主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省自然科学基金青年基金等项目,在 Food Chemistry、Advanced Materials、Analytical Chemistry 等期刊发表论文,并申请多项发明专利。
