个人简介
杨艳青,农学博士,讲师,工作阶段主要研究烟台特色水果(苹果、梨、樱桃)果皮角质膜组分代谢与果实采后贮藏特性关系的研究。主要研究内容包括采后贮藏过程中果皮蜡质、角质、果实风味物质的代谢变化与及调控机制的研究,对植物的果皮代谢物、香气组分的质谱鉴定有着丰富的经验。近三年来,以通讯作者和第一作者发表SCI论文多。主持中国博士面上项目1箱,山东省自然科学基金1项。
