个人简介
张爱迪,副教授,食品工程学院副院长,硕士生导师,浙江大学果树学博士。研究方向为果实采后生物学及品质调控,研究对象为猕猴桃和樱桃,先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金,山东省自然科学基金面上项目,烟台市科技创新发展计划基础研究类重点项目,山东省重点研发计划(乡村振兴科技创新提振行动计划)重大项目(子课题)等项目。以第一作者或通讯作者在Plant Physiology、Postharvest Biology and Technology、Scientia Horticulturae等国内外学术期刊上发表学术论文,担任Postharvest Biology and Technology、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Scientia Horticulturae等杂志审稿人。担任山东省猕猴桃专业委员会副主任委员、山东省食品科学技术学会理事。
