个人简介

张风雪,工学博士,硕士生导师,鲁东大学食品工程学院畜产加工与营养创新团队核心成员,主要从事肉制品加工,肉蛋白凝胶调控和可食性昆虫蛋白质资源利用相关的工作。以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI 9篇。
