个人简介

张艳芳,工学博士,讲师,食品工程学院果蔬贮运与绿色加工创新团队成员,主要从事食品中真菌毒素控制、食品中有害微生物检测、核酸代谢与营养等方面的研究工作。近年来发表SCI论文10余篇,主持山东省自然科学基金1项,参与国家自然科学基金项目3项,山东省创新团队项目2项,烟台市科技项目2项。获得山东省高校青年教师教学比赛优秀奖。
