个人简介
胡振华,工学博士,讲师,毕业于华南理工大学轻工科学与工程学院生物质科学与工程专业,现为食品工程学院食源功能分子团队核心成员。主要从事食品多糖的提取、多糖基新材料创新与应用、多糖基纳米材料的制备与应用等方面的工作。担任ACS Omega和Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等主流SCI期刊审稿人。近年来以第一作者/通讯作者在International Journal of Biological Macromolecules,Industrial Crops & Products,Cellulose,Polymer Bulletin、Holzforschung等国际权威期刊发表论文。主持齐鲁工业大学制浆造纸科学与技术教育部重点实验室开放基金、浙江科技大学浙江省废弃生物质循环利用与生态处理技术重点实验室开放基金等多项横纵项课题。
