个人简介
梁彬,男,工学博士,鲁东大学食品工程学院副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事食品微生物次级代谢产物代谢通路调控、食品加工副产物高值化利用以及益生菌发酵果蔬产品等相关领域的研究。目前已主持和参与国家级、省部级项目11项,研究生课程建设项目1项;近年来在,围绕研究领域以第一/通讯作者在《Trends in Food Science & Technology》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Food Chemistry》等学术期刊发表学术论文30余篇;申请发明专利3项;并担任期刊《Frontiers in Nutrition》、《Foods》专刊客座编辑。
