个人简介
张金方,男,工学博士,鲁东大学食品工程学院硕士生导师。2018-2022年在天津科技大学生物工程学院发酵工程专业攻读博士学位,师从路福平教授。2023年7月起任职于鲁东大学食品工程学院。主要研究领域为食品工业酶制剂的开发与应用、益生菌发酵果蔬产品开发与应用、微生物天然代谢产物在食品贮藏防腐的开发与应用、食品工业微生物菌株的遗传改造。担任Journal of Future Foods青年编委,International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Probiotics and Antimicrobial Proteins、Foods等国际主流SCI期刊特邀审稿人。近五年以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Food Research International、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等本领域国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。近三年主持多项科研项目,包括国家自然科学基金、山东省自然科学基金、工业发酵微生物教育部重点实验室开放课题等。
