个人简介

刘岩龙,工学博士,讲师,食品工程学院食品果蔬贮运与绿色加工创新团队核心成员,主要从事主果蔬贮运保鲜、果蔬精深加工与综合利用等方面的研究工作。担任Frontiers in Cellular and Infection Microbiology期刊客座编辑、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等SCI期刊审稿人,近五年来以第一作者/通讯作者身份在Postharvest Biology and Technology、Food Control、LWT-Food Science and Technology、Food Bioscience、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等食品领域国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文12篇。主持山东省重点研发计划项目、山东省自然科学基金青年基金项目。
