个人简介
范新光,工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师,主要从事果蔬采后生理与贮藏保鲜、果蔬智能包装、益生菌发酵功能果汁等方面的研究工作。兼任烟台市食品绿色加工与质量控制工程研究中心执行主任,鲁东大学食品加工实训中心主任,山东省食品科技学会理事,《中国果菜》青年编委,中国农业大学园艺学院硕士研究生兼职导师。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,山东省自然科学基金1项,烟台市科技创新发展计划项目2项,参与山东省重点研发计划乡村提振项目3项,参编《果蔬贮运加工学》、《农产品冷链物流实验指导》教材2部,获得全国农牧渔业丰收奖三等奖一项(位次3)、中国商业联合会科学技术奖二等奖一项(位次5)、中国物流与采购联合会科学技术奖三等奖1项(位次2)。以第一作者/通讯作者在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Food Chemistry、Food Packaging and Shelf Life等杂志发表学术论文35篇,其中SCI TOP 期刊26篇。申请专利10项,其中授权发明专利3项。
